BTI has over 20-years of history in complex assembly solutions. Small prototype to medium sized production runs. We can procure the parts and boards, full turnkey PCB assembly. We assemble your products with leaded or RoHS compliant solder. We have the highest on-time delivery stats as well as one of the highest quality stats in the industry.
What we Do
BTI is an engineering partner. We don't just put your boards together, we work with you to make sure that what you receive works right out of the box, on time and 100% correct. We deliver clean products. We 100% inspect the assemblies using a microscope or a 3-D AOI machine or both. We do not inspect in quality, we build it in. We have two complete automated assembly lines which reduce time to delivery and increase efficiency. We have a real-time X-Ray system to capture images under BGAs and QFNs. We can remove and replace BGAs and QFNs using state of the art equipment.
